This week at the Stennis Farmers Market is all about COMFORT! Mini “Mummy” Meat Loaves - Mini meatloaves stuffed with a tomato “brain”; “wrapped” in mashed potato “dressing”... well, that is for the kids! You will get the “fancier” version! COMFORTING lean, mini meatloaf with tomato stuffing and iced with tasty, made-from-scratch mashed potatoes! We will have some decorated as mummies and some as just a tasty meal. This is tasty, fun, and healthy! Here are pictures of both ways! Also, Smoked Chicken and Wild Rice Soup! Apple wood smoked chicken,a blend of wild, Black Japonica, long grain and sweet brown, and Wehani rices. Although this is creamy and rich in flavor, it is not a heavy soup.
