This week brings opportunities to deal with our emotions and heal - TopicsExpress

This week brings opportunities to deal with our emotions and heal them on a deeper level. Spend time in reflection, go deeper within to identify the areas, memories, situations and people from the past and while you are there, observe what kind of emotion each of these brings to you. Are you feeling sad, angry, disappointed? Ask your body what can you do to shift this feeling and then listen to the guidance that you body is going to share with you. If you feel like spending some time in isolation, do it. The beginning of the week may bring up strong emotions and memories and you may feel like running away, but thats not going to resolve anything. It is high time that we acknowledge these issues and work on them, in order to heal them for good. Opening your heart to other peoples assistance, guidance and wisdom, including your spirit guides and angels, etc. is going to make us feel lighter and will speed up the process of healing. Resistance, procrastinating, etc. will create further blocks. Mid-week will bring someone in your life, who can probably guide you or someone you can share your true feelings with or some opportunities to truly express how you feel. This is also going to be a period where you will start to find signs and solutions to your worries and ways to heal yourself. The weekend will be a private time, where you may want to be with yourself, giving yourself time to heal. Spend some time in quiet, and to relax your body, mind and soul.
