This week ends w/ Halloween on Friday night and Im pretty sure the freaks will be out that evening. That said, we will only be open for Thursday night so come on in. The prix fixe will be all kinds of deliciousness. We begin w/ mini-baked potato w/ chopped beef from our beef stew, w/ bacon and chopped green onions and butter; but, we also have a vegetarian version w/ tofu as well. The main courses are two household TH favs. First, we have our caramelized pork spare ribs w/ baby bok choy and white jasmine rice. Second, its our stir fried flat rice noodles w/ baby bok choy and your choice between beef of tofu. The third course is a mini-shot glass che dau trang, aka black eyed pea dessert w/ coconut milk. Pastry chef Christina Au is baking into overdrive. She has made our personal favorite, the Asian pear/apple pie, and shes not afraid to share it(sign-up for Thanksgiivng coming soon). We had such positive vibes for last weeks dessert that its back! Come try the chocolate cake w/ banana jam & yuzu lemon curd before it disappears.
