This week for Truck Week 2014, we have had a number of BBQ brekkys for our employees with Karlie Easter and Major Training coming out to speak to our employees regarding different training and courses open to them to further their knowledge and careers. So far we have had nearly 50% of our employees sign up to courses for Cert 3, 4 and Diplomas in Driver Operations, Frontline Management, Driver Training, Warehousing, WH&S and Heavy Vehicle Engineering. Very impressed with the positivity and take up of our 3E Program (Easters Elite Employees). Our primary focus for this program is to recognise that our employees are more than just people that work in and around trucks. Recognise they are qualified professionals in transport and to highlight the level of professionalism in the industry. To offer them the opportunity to grow personally and professionally as well as open the door to industry careers to aspire to. You are never too old to learn or choose a different path in transport and the opportunities are as wide as they are varied.
