This week has been a long one for me trying to run, and fit in my fitness classes. Its been challenging covering my classes and another instructors classes at the same time. Been working with single weights, body weight bars, and regular high tempo/lo step classes. My tees soak with signs of a good workout! I hope I am building up and improving my students ability to breath right, build up their lower body (legs, calves, feet, shins, and thighs) to mid section (all core from front to back), and lastly upper body (shoulders, biceps, and triceps). Keep up the hard work! It does pay off!
