This week has been a trying week for me already and its only Tuesday evening. Gunner had some sinus issues during the latter part of last week, which turned into a full blown fever and seriously horrible cough. He busted a vessel in his throat coughing and has had a high, high fever all day. Hasnt taken his ADHD meds because of sleeping all day and has been a wild man this evening. Cheeks a blazing and craziness out of his mouth. Missed class this evening because I was scared to leave him... and that caused an entirely new level of stress for me in itself. (Gunner even said he hated being ADHD because even when hes sick he cant sit still...) Were still battling fever, but I believe we have a productive cough at this point. Thank you meds! His dad believes its from the flu shot- this happened last year too - a week after his shot then also. Garrett is and has been a trooper (Gunner can be hard to handle when sick). These boys are our hearts. They fill them, and break them over and over but they are our reason for everything!
