This week has truly been a test for me. The Holy Spirit just kept telling me to be still...which if you know me is no easy task. However, after praying and seeking the face of God I realized that he wasnt asking me to just stop everything and coincidently be unproductive. He was asking me to just cast all my cares on him, a sign of surrender. I think a lot of times we are so eager for answers that we jump to conclusions when God speaks to us, the same as when people talk to us. The danger is if you dont take the time to truly listen, which is more than simply hearing, youll miss the big picture. Being still and doing nothing are two very different things, please dont confuse them. Id hate for you to miss your blessing like I almost did :)
