This week in Kids Church, we talked about the parable in Matthew 7:24-27. This is the parable of the wise man and the foolish man...one chose to build his house on the rock, and the other chose to build his house on the sand. Jesus wasnt necessarily talking about actually building a house...but instead he was talking about building our LIVES on what MATTERS. Are we making decisions based on what we think is good for ourselves? Or are we praying and talking to God and reading His Word to find our what He wants us to do?
