This week is the anniversary of our dads passing Jimmy Cullen, the Admirals dad, we all think of him and miss him very much indeed. he worked on the quay for many years in fact the fish quay was his life and in the later part he dedicated his life to old photos of the quay itself and boats, and could tell you anything, and people from all over the world would ring him for information, and he never let them down, if he didnt have he knew where to get it, and he had memrobilia he was a very intellegent man, his knowledge was immense and so i think The Admiral of the fleet got his intergrity from our dad. He was a hard working man, who always did his best for his 7 kids. after our mam Betty Cullen died in 1993 for a while he was lost, but like us all he had to continue on with his life, often sitting down on the breakwater watching the boats come in and out of the gut, the same gut he help to rebuild. WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU FATHA!!!
