This week is the first week of our summer morning hours. The 05:30 & 06:30 am classes will be consolidated in the morning to 06:00 am class. All other class times will remain the same. Strength: Snatch/Strict Pull-Up EMOM 15 Minutes Odd - Snatch Complex Even - Max Effort SPU *Snatch Complex: 1x Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1x Low Hang Snatch High Pull + 1x Snatch @ 75-80% Conditioning: 3 Rounds For Time 5 x Muscle-Ups (2x C2B Pull-Ups) 15 x KB Swings (70#/53#) 25 x Double-Unders (2x Singles + 5x Burpees) PS: When youre known as #thestrongest you just power snatch your opening lift. Great job to coach Riley in taking 1st this past weekend in the 77kg weight class. Killer job coach!!!
