This week on Purchase or Pass Chris Gray & general manager of Realestate.au Arthur Charlaftis discuss the purchase of a strata unit that may have DA approval for a parking space, but there is a disagreement within the strata and so they have blocked the plans. Both Chris & Arthur decide to PASS on this one because "there is a big risk in the parking not being done but also the fact, if you’ve only got four people there and you can’t get an agreement on an issue like that, which seems pretty obvious."
