This week, the World marks on Sunday, 23rd June, International Widows Day..its all systems go as we launch..modernwidowsclub/..look it up. Back at home Kenya has never marked this day, now running for 3yrs since Loomba Foundation commissioned by the UN to name 23 June as its International Widows Day; an annual, global day of action to raise awareness about the cultural discrimination of widows, on that note ...I have no choice but to look for Senator Mike Sonko for Nairobi...anybody knows how to reach him? am told he sees everybody without a ten week planned appointment..I need him to help us mark this day.
