This week we had the pleasure of working on a cake for Clarks HQ a Project Management themed cake for a Team event.-I can honestly say I think this is the most detailed cake we have ever made! It took hours and hours of planning - to completely understand my brief and change an administration process into something visual was a huge challenge - communication was absolutely key, I was so nervous of misunderstanding a process and misrepresenting a step that I learnt the PAIRS process inside out I think! If you work in project Management it may well look vaguely familiar! I absolutely love that our work here at Cakes by Samantha is so varied :-)
