This week we have two 7’s teams travelling south to Patumahoe. After last week’s crazy schedule at Ardmore Marist, where the boys played four games in just over an 1 ½ hours, it is good to see we have a lot more rest time between games this week. This week the Orange team welcome back Auckland ITM Cup player Aula Silipa. He will really add some hot stepping action to the side and some out-and-out pace. We also have returning this week, after a week off, our tenacious captain Mark Dicko Dickison. He will be chomping at the bit to get back out on the field! Last but not least we have Jordan Payne returning after a very successful Auckland U20 season. In the Green team this week we have a huge amount of experience in coach Pita Alatini dawning the orange and green to steer around a very young green team. We also have Taylor this is the only tournament I will play Mosen putting on the green and orange for the first time. I cannot wait to see how he gets on after a long time away from the 7s field. The Green team have three players who are still at school and we are sure they will all do well, especially Sacred Heart 1st XV player Moa, who looks to have all the skills to go a long way in rugby.
