This weekend I am slammed-- performing a Neil Diamond singing telegram, a chicken singing telegram, an Elvis singing telegram, making an appearance as Santa, entertaining at a kids party as a magical elf, singing variety songs at a private event at a country club, and making balloon animals for 200 kids at a company Christmas party. Versatility is the key to a career as an entertainer, and I am fortunate to have not had to set an alarm clock nor punch a clock in the past twenty years. I may not be Bruce Springsteen, but Im not digging ditches either. But then again, been there, done that also.
