This weekend I was experimenting with some new receipt in the kitchen again. This time small Vietnamese pancakes called Bánh Khọt Rất Ngon. I have the bigger one´s before on my blog and this is basically the same ingredients, just a little more festive to serve and eat. They are totally gluten free if someone is an allergic or gluten intolerant and only healthy toppings as well.
