This weekend Ive seen people I love, and consider family, devastated by the loss of a loved one. Its such a heartbreaking thing to witness, when you know that you cant fix or change whats going on. One of the hardest, most aggravating, frustrating things is watching the rest of the world carry on, unaffected. Your world isnt still spinning. Its buckled and fallen off its axis. Ive come home with the firm, necessary reminder that nothing is permanent. The way things are right now can change in an instant. Its somewhat disappointing that it takes times like these to look around you, realise how much youre grateful for, and more importantly, to voice that gratitude. My thoughts and love are with Jorgee, Madie, and Cal OHare, your family and your friends during this time, and for each day onwards. Youre all so much stronger than you think, or feel that you are, and you have so many people here who love and support you ❤️❤️❤️
