This weekend a woman painted herself in blue her entire body she didnt look over 18 years old she sat outside Mayfields under a tree with a tip jar topless a lot of children was exposed to this she might have been a minor I wont show the photo on FB Asheville City Council and Buncombe County Commissioners and All State Legislatures in NC need to make it a law in this state that you cant go topless and I dont want to hear it thats just downtown Asheville for you. Its not ok this is my hometown which I grew up in and take great pride. I dont think it should be legal for a woman to sit in public downtown Asheville taking tips topless and this is not the City of Asheville Police department issue this is the law makers issue so do something about this all State Legislatures I will lobby at the Capital if something soon is not done about this. How would you like theses topless women standing and sitting outside your home or business you wouldnt like it at all its only getting worse make it a law no topless in NC.
