This weekend is going to be a doosie! (So is the entire month of August.) The complete focus is preparation for my surgery. Never having had major surgery before, I never realized ALL it involves. Having to go off hormones alone is proving to challenge everything...including my closest friends & my husband. I am eager to finally get my new hip. It has been 3 long years of several dictors, missed diagnosis, disability, and enormous pain. So, thankfully Dr. David Fisher @ Ortho Indy will do a total right hip replacement this Monday at 1PM. Then on Wednesday, July 29 I will go to Colonial Oaks in Marion for 10 days of rehab. I would certainly appreciate your prayers. Please say a few prayers for Scott as well.
