This weekend is the brutal Hardrock Hundred Endurance Run, and this is whats awaiting the runners! Tempting, but does this make you want to run 100 miles with 67,984 feet total elevation change? You can always join in the trail fun closer to home by coming out to our Wednesday trail fun run. This week well have Pearl Izumi/Running demoing some great shoes followed by delicious food from Picas Boulder. Meeting at BNS at 5:45 to grab your demo shoes, and heading out at 6 pm.
