This weekend sees myself Lee Barrett and Lowell Mason jetting off to Greece to a Luxury healthy holiday which could be the start of a new regime for so many people whether you are in the fitness industry already, or are looking for kick start to a healthy lifestyle… Lowell will be taking beautiful pictures of the resort and maybe joining in the activities if we force him, which even include Kayaking. All food is especially prepared for the guests to suit your individual needs and there are treatments and classes on for the whole week you book. When we get back we will report back to you about our experience and hope that you want to enjoy this package yourself whether its for relaxation, weight-loss, motivation, a new beginning, an escape to luxury or just for fun…. We are in the hands of Henlu Van Der Westhuizen who will be looking after us and we cant wait to tell you all about it…..
