This weekend was incredibly fun as we celebrated Dylans First Birthday! We had a huge party and a great turnout! The weather was beautiful. Very cold...so cold that Dylans smash cake was frozen and he wasnt quite sure what to do. All in all it was lots of fun but couldnt help but miss Maxi. My original plan at the beginning of the summer was to combine their party and throw the Berrios Boys Barnyard Bash! God had a different plan and it became Dylans Barnyard Bash. We ended the night releasing the balloons and all wearing our Maxi Strong bracelets. Dylans Firsts are all now officially over and we will start to approach the Seconds but as we approach the seconds they become the firsts... Our Firsts without Max. As so many are eager and excited for the holiday season, all of us parents who lost their babies this year, have a very different outlook on holidays. I myself am anxious and fearful of the pain that comes with them and Im sure all those families are as well. This Friday is Maxs birthday and we will be releasing balloons for him. My goal is to release them at 5:48pm which is when he was born. Feel free to join us!!! Thank you all for your support and continued prayers.
