This weekend was so amazing @ the 2015 NorCal Masters. So many tough competitors. Some absolute beastly men & women Our very own Keeley took 3rd in the first event with a 160# C&J (new PR). 3rd in the second event C2B/KB Swings & DU. 3rd in the Thruster Burpees. She made to the finals (Top 5). She took 4th in the Hang Clean &Rope Climb finals WOD. Keeley finished 4th overall out of 34 competitors in the 40-44 Division. She showed the heart and grit of a Champion. So proud of her. I started off really rough with a 29th & 25th in the first two WODS I kept scratching and clawing taking a 3rd place finish in the Pistol & KB Swing WOD. I ended with a 16th place finish out of 43 competitors. Learned a ton this weekend. A humongous thank you from Kelley and I to our Coach Samantha. She was absolutely stellar. She had a plan and kept us on it all weekend. Wow!!! She was our secret weapon. Met a whole lot of great people, built new friendships and had an awesome time.
