This weeks Conditioning Workout the Bee-Atch follows on from last weeks 10 x 3 mins rounds format but we up the intensity. You will complete 6 drills for 30 seconds each in a row then rest for 1 minute. Repeat 10 times. Its a killer of a workout (as you can see in the video, James our co-founder had just done this one before filming and he was trashed). Grapplers this really tests your grip endurance. 1. 2 Handed Swing (ignore the video reference to cleans) 2. Right Hand Clean to Lunge 3. Left Hand Clean to Lunge 4. Right Hand Floor to Ceiling Press 5. Left Hand Floor to Ceiling Press 6. Deck Squat Good luck, let us know how you go.
