This weeks GRIPT back workout: Wide grip pull ups: 4x10 Close grip pull ups: 4x10 Hammer strength pull down: 4x10 (double drop set last set) Lat pull down: 4x10-12 Deadlifts: 5x5 Training Tip: When training back, imagery is a useful tool to improve neurological control and therefore improve the effectiveness of your workout. Instead of just moving weight, get a firm grip on the equipment and detach your mind from your arms and focus on contracting the large muscles in your back, and pretend you are squeezing an object between your shoulder blades throughout your lift on both the positive, static, and negative stages of the movement!
