The segregation of age groups in Sabbath School and Camp Meetings/Summer Camps 8. General Conference Policies vs Division Policies vs Union Policies vs Conference Policies vs Local Church Policies 9. Independent Ministry offering-giving vs Official Church Ministry offering-giving 10. Last Generation Theology (Sinless-Perfection) vs mainstream Adventism 11. Senior Pastor vs Youth Pastor vs Media Pastor vs Worship Pastor vs Evangelist 12. AFCOE Graduates vs Seminary Graduates 13. Etc. All of these issues/structures could keep us from being united because of the obvious silos it creates and calls for.
