This weeks Southwest Regional Fishing and Boating Report is here. Armstrong County - Fishing activity has been limited to occasional Muskellunge and Walleye anglers on the Allegheny River. In years past, these hardy souls have had good success as long as river conditions and weather permits. Cambria County - Anglers are catching good numbers of stocked trout in Duman Dam, Lake Rowena, and the Delayed Harvest Artificial Lures Only (DHALO) section of Chest Creek. Try using spinners and jigs fished slowly. Some anglers have been catching panfish off the docks at Glendale Lake. Fayette County - Anglers are catching Rainbow Trout in the 13 to 15-inch range at Dunlap Lake using green power bait. Greene County and Southern Washington County - Anglers are having limited success for Walleye near outfalls of area lock and dams. White Bass are still feeding well in Ten Mile Creek, along with some Sauger and Saugeye. If you’re fortunate to have some live minnows on hand, the mouth of Ten Mile Creek still has some active action for Largemouth Bass where the drop off occurs into the Monongahela River. Trout anglers are still catching fish in the privately stocked section of Ten Mile Creek near Clarksville. Many holes are still holding nice Rainbow Trout. Boaters are reminded of the mandatory cold weather PFD regulation for all kayaks, canoes and vessels under 16 feet. Catch SW Region Reports at fish.state.pa.us/splswro.htm
