This weeks challenge workout includes everyone favourite, mounting climbers and push ups! To begin, set up two chairs against the wall, or perform the workout at the bottom of a flight of stairs. Start with 20 mountain climbers, 10 on each leg as fast as you can, dont cheat by dragging your feet on the floor make sure you are lifting them of the floor everytime you switch. Right after the mountain climbers do two regular push up on the floor and two elevated pushup on the stairs / chairs ( you can do more push ups depending on your level of fitness). Set a 60 second timer and repeat as my times as you can in 60 seconds take a 45 second break then continue aim for 15-20 rounds, depending on your level of fitness!
