This weeks consignor is my youngest of four, Michelle McAdams. Shelly is my second in command at Prairie Cherie. Her varied job and college experience has been an invaluable help to me opening and running the store. I have the up most confidence she could take over if the need arose! Shelly is funny, witty and produces wicked one liners that can drop you to the floor in laughter. Her creative abilities never cease to amaze me. Give that girl a piece of fabric and watch out! Of course that started very young. Cant tell you how many times I bought her new clothes, and ten minutes after we were home, she was altering them. Sigh! Shelly loves fishing, mushrooming and rock hunting! We have had some awesome outdoor adventures with her sister, Donnie Rhum. She is my yard sale and flea market buddy. Good times filtering through dirty junk looking for possible new treasures to up cycle. One other nice thing I acquired through her is my son in law, Zack, who built all the movable shelving and jewelry displays in the store. I am so very proud of you, Shelly! You are a wonderful, caring, smart and responsible woman. So proud to be your mama, and wouldnt want to be on this prairie adventure without you!
