Today, Friday May 30, starting around 4:30 by the Lincoln statue at the Rose Garden in Delaware Park, a byo picnic/drum circle is happening! Absolutely perfect weather, I suggest taking advantage of it!! T O M O R R O W Saturday 5/31 11am Please join Jeremy with your DRUM at 5Points Bakery/ 5points Intersection (426 Rhode Island Street) The community needs to bring attention to how dangerous that intersection is and the fact that something needs to be done to improve it. Its a Five Points Traffic Intervention and Traffic-Jam. You can probably score something super yummy too One Love ! Sunday June 1st: Per Daniel Heath, Lockport Drum Shop is holding a drum circle for the soup kitchen of SS Peter & Paul in Lockport. (We need details!!!) Sunday June 1st, 6 pm til dark, this seasons first meeting of the Sunset Drum Circle at Riverside Park!! Whooeee! We meet at Riverside Park, 2607 Niagara Street (at the corner of Niagara St. and Hotaling Dr.). Well have at least a few extra drums & percussive toys available, theres plenty of room for dancers & hoopers..e on out & have some fun! Monday June 2nd, 6pm til dark, at the Rose Garden in Delaware Park. Organized by a collective of groups: Buffalo Hula Hoop Group, Buffalo One Love Drum, Buffalo Cirque Skill Share, AcroYoga Buffalo, Pyromancy, Buffalo Jugglers...Jeremy Grzybowski will again facilitate the drumming portion of this years gatherings: Again, we will be drumming with the intent of providing strong rhythm as a back-drop, sometimes partnering, for and with the other activities. J is also planning to give free 15-30 minute workshops during the set breaks and even hopes to bring in guest teachers some weeks as well. One Love Buffalo Tribe!
