This weeks gym300 challenge is..... For the Ladies: Overhead press 45kg (most reps) from the rack, 20 press-ups (not girlie ones) 20 box jumps (low box) followed by 1000m row in under 5mins. For the Gents: Overhead press 110kg (most reps) from the rack, 50 press-ups, 30 box jumps (high box) followed by 1500m row in under 5mins. Rules will be explained beforehand.
