This weeks m.e.l.t.er of the week South Windsor is Tracy Oates! Tracy has been rocking it here in South Windsor for over 3 months now and has come along way since her first day at m.e.l.t. When Tracy first came to us she was afraid to really push herself, and give it her all every workout. It took time to get her out of her comfort zone and soon enough she was rocking out with her new heart rate monitor trying to test her limits. This passed weekend I watched Tracy dominate the rock climbing walls. As she was climbing the wall, I thought to myself remember when she was nervous to come out of her shell well that shell is busted wide open now and she is really making progress towards her goals. Very proud of the jump you have made Tracy! Keep up the great work! #meltworkout #swpersonaltraining
