This weeks movie reviews will be on Last Vegas and Enders Game. The first movie was Last Vegas at 6:40pm starring Robert De Niro, Michael Douglas, Morgan Freeman, and Kevin Kline. The movie is about four life long friends that are now in their sixties going to Las Vegas for a bachelor party. If you like laughing at old people which I am sure you do then you are going to really like this movie. It had all the usual jokes and some new ones about senior citizens but with the cast of actors it just seemed to have an extra bite to it.For example Oh excuse me did I step on your foot or your breast. No it wasnt like Bad Grandpa at all obviously so dont be hoping for any hanging balls ladies.Oh wait Redfoo did put his balls in De Niros face which I must say he has guts for doing so. It was humor with some class and that is why I feel someone was missing from the cast but they had no control over that considering he has already passed away years ago. That person of course is the one and only George Burns. All the acting was awesome and very enjoyable and the story was top notch.I sequel approve this.----9/10 The second movie was Enders Game at 9:50pm starring Harrison Ford, Asa Butterfield, Hailee Steinfeld, Abigail Breslin, Ben Kingsley, and Viola Davis. The movie is based on the book written by Orson Scott Card that shares the same name. Its about highly intelligent children being trained to fight battles against an alien race that have already attacked Earth in the past and almost killed off the human race. I never did read the book but I did hear all about it around ten years ago and I can say that everything that I heard was in the book was in the movie. Im sure there are things that die hard fans are upset about but for being a 2 hour movie they did a good job.I did notice that there were some things they barely talked about but at least they threw it in there. The acting was amazing especially from Asa Butterfield. The storyline was top notch of course and makes me wish I read the book years ago. I might just very well buy Enders Game and the other books in the series now because of the movie. They most likely will not be making the other books into movies because of budget but if you are wondering there are three other books in the Ender Quintet and there also have been in between books written. The one main and pretty much only thing that bothered me in the movie was the tattoos on Mazer Rackhams(Ben Kingsley) face cause they were very uneven. Yeah I know thats nit picking but it really did bother me considering the visual effects were outstanding in the movie but then here is this guys face with uneven tattoos. Maybe I should watch less Ink master.----9/10 Next week I will be watching Free Birds starring the voices of Woody Harrelson, Owen Wilson, and Amy Poehler. Then it will be the next movie in the Marvel franchise, Thor: The Dark World. Both movies are in 3D.
