This weeks special - Gnocchi Sorrentina This is without a doubt one of the warmest and heartiest dishes you will encounter this winter! Starting with our own home-made, hand-rolled gems, the gnocchi is boiled to half-completion, while we sauté a generous dish of Fedele’s famous Napoletana sauce. The second stage of this dish involves mixing the gnocchi into the sauce and infusing the flavours of each, before covering the dish with creamy, locally-sourced bocconcini cheese, and finishing the dish off under oven heat. The result is spectacular – the unforgettable gnocchi flavours and textures, mixed with the simple Napoletana sauce, covered in a layer of golden-melted bocconcini. Delizioso!
