This weeks workouts are up. There are 3 ways to train with 1fw. None of our programs are a quick fix. We teach people to live a full and fit LIFESTYLE - not to diet and drop weight in a fast and unhealthy manner. If you want a quick fix we are not for you. Our first 2 programs are open to anyone - not just widows. :-) #1 - Community Program. This program is $9.99 a month and includes all of our weekly workouts via our website or our phone app. These programs are resistance training based and include bursts of cardio for that added push. We offer at beginner to advanced options for the home (with no equipment) travel, and of course gym programs. All workouts are written by 1fw Trainer - Coach Keith. #2 - Fitness Quest. The Fitness Quest program ($49.99 a month) uses the same workouts as our Community but also has numerous other components. We offer a nutrition program personalized for your goals. This program personalizes your calories, macros, and gives you tips on living a whole foods lifestyle and ending the addiction cycle with processed foods. This program offers 2 private Facebook pages for community support and to help answer questions, daily coach Q & A session, a monthly call with Michelle and her team, ongoing challenges, and more support than you can ever imagine. #3 - One Fit Widow Nonprofit - Within the month we will be accepting applications again for our nonprofit. If you are awarded a sponsored spot you will receive 3 months of free training. These program will include bi-weekly calls with Michelle and other widows from our community and all of the benefits of Quest. More information on this will be available by months end.
