This well written article by renowned dietitian Dr Joanna McMillan shows us the truth behind the paleo way and proves that grains, legumes & dairy foods are not toxic, nor are to be blamed for modern chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, obesity and type 2 diabetes. YES as a population we need to cut out the highly processed crap that creeps in way too regularly (which paleo advocates adhere to), but we dont need to cut out nutrient dense whole foods (UNLESS you personally have an intolerance). This is probably the best article that I have read around the paleo way and what our ancestors really ate... Please share with everyone (its short and to the point). The truth is there was no one paleo diet.
