These companies that interview 20 and 30 people and then cull it down to 10 and then cull it down to three or four and just drag the whole process on and on and on. I miss the days when you interviewed and if they liked you, you got called back a day or so later and you started immediately. And that system worked just fine. This interminable second, third and fourth guessing themselves is just not a good way to start an employee/employer relationship.
