This whole mandatory quarantine thing may sound good in theory (so long as its not you being quarantined!), but in practice it could quickly get insane and cost taxpayers millions and millions. Who will compensate these people for lost wages? Three weeks of lost wages would be catastrophic to most families. You know its going to be the government (aka taxpayers), along with paying the zillion-a-day it costs to isolate someone. Take all that cash and put it into research to find a vaccine or effective treatment instead. Glad cooler heads prevailed and they let this woman out after just a day.
