This whole proposed closure is financially flawed, if going by The Minster in his answers in the Assembly, staff are to be redeployed, there will be a direct cost to the Trust involved in this, the step up and step down beds are to be redirected towards Causeway and Antrim, again an increase in cost (cant cope at the moment), the respite care for MS Clients, care homes and paying someone to come to their homes, thats not respite thats just throwing money at something they dont understand (when is the last time you had a wee holiday in your own house), mothballing half a building temporally......that portion of the building still needs to be secured and managed , again at a cost....and clinically cleaned to reopen....again another cost...turn off the lights as quoted by Minster Wells, I think not........ the light is shining bright in the Dal AND IT WONT BE TURNED OFF!!!!!!!!
