This whole thing about British Jihadists makes me face palm. Will Western nations ever understand the structural machinations of foreign extremist militant organizations? How can they defeat them if they refuse to? Their intelligence services job is to simply concoct stories to support Hawkish government foreign policy. Nothing more, and I fear they are too dumb to do anything more. They are also unwilling to change that. People have stepped up to the plate and said, “Ill advise you and your people on everything you need to know about Jihadist groups and how to defeat them. Theres no need to drone entire villages killing everyone in them”. To deaf ears. To plugged ears. These British Jihadists are merely PR and a face for Jihadist groups to throw in the face of Western governments. A mere proverbial thumbing of the nose. They rarely are part of the core fighting force. When they do engage, they get killed almost immediately. ISIS core are battle hardened former (?) Ba`thists other regional state militaries, both current and leftovers from the overthrown and defunct. Does anyone really think South Asian kids from the UK have blitzkrieged both Iraq and Syria, blurred the border, and are striking terror into the fiercest militaries of the region (and the world)? Dont focus on British Jihadists. Thats stupid sensationalist dog wagging bovine manure. Focus on the governments who covertly helped create ISIS, clandestinely sponsor them, and what their underlying agenda is. That requires intelligence. It requires actually giving a damn about human life.
