Due to his need for further medical treatment in combination with his behavior concerns he has been given 72 hours to find a rescue able to transfer him into their organization and rehabilitate him. He needs a commitment by Friday January 9th, 2015 at 5pm.- 2 year/Male/Bulldog/Mastiff. Showing signs of fear aggression due to stress in the kennels. Once he is out of the kennel he appears to calm down. He knows how to sit and give paw and likes to play with toys. Sent out as urgent on 12/6/2014. No response or inquiries received. He is not making any progress at the shelter. He is very still very fearful and is in need of more guidance and positive enrichment we are unable to provide in this environment. We have several dogs in need of immediate transfer due to behavior issues that we are unable to resolve. Please consider helping with one of these cases: -Scooby (D-3481) 2 year/ Male/ Bully-Husky cross. Very fearful at the shelter. Pet owner is incarcerated. He killed the temporary harbors Chihuahua. Scooby is available for rescue transfer only at this point. Sent out as urgent on 12/6/2014. No response or inquiries received. He is not making any progress at the shelter. He is very still very fearful and is in need of more guidance and positive enrichment we are unable to provide in this environment. -Brownie (D-3607) 2 year/Female/Shepherd Cross. Pet owner had for 6 months, previously found as a stray. She was surrendered due to aggression towards other animals. She was involved with another dog in an attack on a smaller dog that ran up and bit her. She knows commands and is very submissive and affectionate towards people. She is unable to be placed in the adoption center due to her previous history and current interactions with other animals. She is in need of a rescue able to transfer her into their organization or an adopter able to manage her behavior issues and willing to sign a behavior waiver. -Chaos (D-3630) 1 year old/ N.Male/ Bully Cross. Pet owner surrendered due to divorce. Unable to place in the adoption center due to aggression towards other animals. He is a very playful boy in need of structure and guidance to become a good household member. He knows some commands and solicits human interaction. We are requesting for a rescue able to work with him transfer him into their organization to find his ideal adoptive family or an experienced adopter willing to work with him and sign a behavior waiver.
