This will be a defining moment for all American citizens, local/state law enforcement officers as well as all the GOP members that sit in both the house and senate. What will you do? Will you uphold the rule of law and the Constitution (will you honor your oath of office) or will you compromise and submit to politics. Think this decision through very carefully, because if you allow politics to rule the day, you will have created a legal and constitutional crisis to such a degree that not only does it have the potential to initiate an era of lawlessness that would be on par with third world dictators who ascribe to the notions of being a nation of men but the ripple effect from this could potentially create such a rift that a second civil war begins. In either case it would usher in the end of this nation as we know it and make us a candidate for take over by China, Russia or any other country that wanted a piece of America. I know pundits on both sides of this will be descending on all the media outlets, trying to both minimalize and justify this to soften the perceptual impact to constituents, but how can you? Because if a sitting president is allowed to order the the government he helps manage to outright break current federal laws on the books - then where will this imperial level overreach as well as abuse of power stop? Will it extend to targeted asset seizures of political enemies? Will it stop with the indefinite incarceration of those the government wishes to silence (they could do this through the NDAA)? What about the execution political protesters and or whistle blowers? Where does law by decree end and law on the books begin? Dont buy into the lie that would never happen here because I doubt 20 years ago you thought that our nation would ever be in the crisis that it is currently in. Did you ever think a sitting president would encourage violent revolutionaries to stay the course on their violent protesting and looting? This is not the time for politics. This is not the time for parties to weigh in on this to advance their political agendas. This is the time to unite together under the Constitution and stand together on making sure that the law is enforced. If immigration laws were so problematic, why not take it to the people, run it through the process and have senate an congress pass it legally, constitutionally. But that is not what this is about. This is about Cloward-Piven, this is Alinsky, this Is how community organizers organize marxist revolutions. This is about resurrecting Dred Scott so that a political party could have a uneducated working class that will perpetually vote for them. This is not American. This is some twisted progessive dream inspired by marxism to recreate a feudal system of crony corporatism for the elite and classic marxist tyranny for the masses. Under this construct we would be a hairs breathe away from becoming the nightmares we read about in Europe during WWII. I am asking any law enforcement officers and the governor in Nevada to evoke the 10th amendment and to arrest president obama if he issues a federal level order to break federal immigration laws. I am asking congress and senate to rescind his executive powers under the 25th amendment and have him incarcerated pending questioning and a legal hearing. I would think that congress and senate would be especially interested in acting quickly on this because the moment this order goes out and it is followed, every incumbent and newly elected representative just became totally obsolete as there would be no further need of them in an absolute dictatorship. The future of this nation, its laws, its Constitution is literally in your hands. You and you alone have the Constitutional legal authority to decide what outcome you want. Again I go back to my question at the beginning of my rant.... what will you do?
