This will be a tad bit longer of a post than usual.. First.. I launched Cape Point by myself yesterday. The wind was a touch bit stronger then they called for. The swell was decent and the current was manageable. But still not a place for a novice. I chased a couple of schools of reds for a few hours and only managed to get into the middle of one, one time. The drum had the bluefish boiling out of the water, as they were beating them to death. So--I made sure I caught a blue, then chopped its head off for bait. With so many 3-5lb blues a bucktail was out of the question. It was a decent fish and while I am always happy to catch--if the wind and swell had been just a lil less--I would have murdered those drum. Second... I am asked regularly and see it asked on the net regularly what is the best editing program. Truth is they are all different. Ive started to play around with iMovie on my iPad and phone and have found it to be very simple and easy to use for a novice. Over a cup of coffee I had it mostly figured out. I will tell you that in order to do much with it you would need 64-128gigs. The 16s and 32s probably will not hold enough to make a simple edit, but ultimately that depends on what is on your device.
