This will be a very sensitive subject, but would it be such a bad thing if Gerrard decided to move on from Liverpool? Hes clearly unable to keep his performance up for a full 90 minutes and tends to show signs of wilting after the 45 minute mark when he starts to become tired, and with talk of a new contract, I still expect him to be paid a minimum of 80k a week. For me, even at the low end of 80k a week, it is a lot for a player whos almost 35 and will soon become a regular bench player. Thoughts?
