This will be my last post for 2014. it is where I have been and where I am going. In the past year I have almost healed my physical body from two knee operations I have had recently which truly rocked the lower half of my body for over 2 1/2 years in which I have not be able to work. I have trained very hard at the gym and dieted mindfully to lose 30 pounds, 4 inches everywhere and regaining some of my youth and stamina back. Mentally I have dug myself out of a deep dark suicidal depression in which I have kept very private. I have expressed my truth courageously and boldly in my creative homemade FB post, helped to reveal awful lies about the world and some people in it, shared my voice in songwriting and creativity with my Youtube videos and my live concerts. Hopefully I have inspired people to live their own truths and most of all I have supported the Woman and the Divine Feminine in all of us. In 2015 I will continue to love more, create more, go back into the work force, join the liberal party and support Justin, spend less time on Facebook and more time on me! I am so grateful for all of my loving girlfriends in my life who have softened my Masculine heart, you know who you are. For 2015 may your achieve your dreams, find peace in your hearts and share your love unconditionally like a Dolphin! And finally I would not be here at all if it was not for the love of my sweet and supportive Husband Nathan, everyone should be so fortunate as I am. He has been my Rock! I am eternally thankful to this kind and generous soul I have in my life and to his/our Mother Claire.
