This will be the last post on the fact that Dave got susspended off of Facebook for doing something wrong. The person who trurned him in failed to mention that he asked her several times for what images he had posted of hers and they would be removed. She failed to mention that the image that got Dave banned was an image that she sent to his personal page telling him to feel free to post it up. So in conclusion I will say that I have been working for Dave for years and if he psts something that you feel is copy righted he will take it down. Copy right on a picture means that you have paid the government for the right to put that on there and I will point out that none of her work was copy righted. We checked witht the copy right office and showed them the post with her information on the bottom and they told us that we DID NOT VIOLATE A COPY RIGHT LAW. The last thing that I will say is that wne someone asks for the images that are on a page more than three times and you fail to provide them and then four days latter you finally respond that I have turned you in to Facebook and will let them deal with it and you might get you page shut down shows me that there was a clear motive on their part. OH one last thing is that this person has continued to send PMs to our page even after being asked to stop. So we made a decision to ban her today. Oh well it is easier to ask Dave for forgiveness than permission. Love the One Spark Pit Crew
