This will be the last time I mention my back surgery, but I know some of you have asked how I am doing. I got a great report from my surgeon yesterday: the x-rays looks excellent, he has cleared me for Physical Therapy and said I can start to resume the activity level where I was pre-operation. Today I did 30 minutes on the eliptical. Felt okay, but tight. That will improve rapidly. I have just some random pain (that is subsiding all the time), I can actually feel my feet again, and the shooting pain down my leg is a distance memory. Thanks to all for your prayers, warm wishes, and support over the last couple of months. That made all the difference. And a big shout out to Jean Pearson McCabe, my private RN and main supporter. I wouldnt be where I am without you at my side.
