This will be the last week of the YHH Ab Challenge!!! Everyday Circuit Do 4: 1) 10 Ab Roll Outs 2) 10 Off Set Frog Leg Raises 3) 20 total Off Set Oblique Knee Taps 1:30 break between circuits! Keep that stomach in tight! On the roll outs, maintain a strong posterior pelvic tilt and hold 1 count at your fullest extension...On the Off Set exercises, the hips should be OFF the bench.. Have fun boys and girls!!
