This witness says the cops shot this guy in the head 10 times, and the LA news is reporting that the victim is in critical condition. This is a tactic they use when the pigs murder someone, so as to take the edge off the murders immediate impact. This tactic gives the pigs a freebie in terms of public perception. All they have to do is put a dead body in cuffs, and that cop gets a paid vacation. About exactly half way through the recording, a pig comes through saying anybody see what happened. Notice hes saying it right in front of the camera of the first kid who was there filming. I wouldnt admit to seeing anything either, until I could get what I had uploaded and viral. This pig could be looking for witnesses with video to delete, or witnesses to simply follow home and kill. Pigs are horrible pieces of shit, by and large, and many of them are flat-out psychopaths.
