This year 2014, marks my tenth anniversary of my being a Non Smoker. December 19th will be the actual day I quit, which is also my sons Birthday, and, back in 2004, my choice of a Target date to stop. Ive not smoked another cigarette since I quit. I am very proud of myself for never going back to that habit forming life taking stimulant. It was one of the hardest habits /addictions I had to learn to overcome;, mentally, emotionally and physically. Heres a Toast to all you people who ended up kicking addictions and addictive behavior! :)
